What was the highlight of Sol Fuerteventura Jandia - All Suites
„Sauber, freundlich mit guter Lage und gutem Pool. Aber kein Gourmettempel und eher langweilig.
Der Pool war gewärmt, sehr schön und qualitativ hochwertig gebaut. Super! Entertainment war auch sehr nett, manchmal etwas zu laute Musik bei der Poolgymnastik. Poolbike ist ganz spaßig. Das Essen (Frühstück & Abendessen) waren okay und reichlich, aber nicht sehr abwechlungsreich. Auch qualitativ eher nicht hochwertig, bspw. keinen frischen Fisch oder Rindfleisch sondern eher Beifang. Auch die Desserts waren nicht abwechslungsreich, meist die gleichen Kokoscremes und div. Kuchen. Obst meist Melone und ziemlich matschige Papaya.
Der Koch bei der offenen Kochstelle war eher nicht so geübt im Zubereiten von Fisch oder Fleisch; war zu lange auf der Herdplatte. Beim Omlett am Morgen lange Schlangen des Wartens... Squash gabe es nicht, die Plätze sind baufällig. Keine Aktivitäten ausserhalb des Hotels, innen Sportgymnastik. Poolbar eher fritiertes Essen und immer gleich. Nicht fesselnde Abendunterhaltung waren meist 2-3 singende oder trommelnde Unterhalter für 2,5h.

„Verbesserungswürdig!
Die Lage war sehr gut und die Anlage allgemein sehr gepflegt. Die Zimmer sehr hell und geräumig. Pool wurde von uns nicht genutzt. Sportliche Aktivitäten wurden täglich angeboten, die Trainer/in sehr motiviert.
Der Essenservice hat uns nicht gefallen, es war sehr laut, unübersichtlich und auf einen freien Tisch mußte man manchmal bis zu 15 min. warten. Trotz Wahlmöglichkeit verschiedener Essenszeiten hatte dies letztendlich keine Konsequenz oder Verbesserung gezeigt. Die Kellner gaben sich Mühe, alles schnellstmöglich abzuräumen, aber es gab dafür viel zu wenig Personal. Beim Frühstück am Eierpoint war immer eine lange Warteschlange inmitten den Frühstücksgästen, die Köche wirkten etwas überfordert, so daß ein Gast sogar dem Koch zeigen musste, wie man ein ordentliches Omelett zubereitet. Die Bar/ Lobby wirkte etwas kühl, die Cocktails waren nicht klassisch selbst zubereitet, ohne Deko - einfach sehr lieblos, schade.

Gut
Die Lage war sehr gut. Es war nicht weit in die Stadt oder zum Strand. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und die Zimmer waren sauber und großräumig. Die Fitnessprogramme haben wir auch genutzt, welche täglich angeboten wurden und es war alles mit im Preis enthalten. Die Trainer waren sehr motiviert und es hat Spaß gemacht.
Wir hatten mit Halbpension gebucht, was man sich hätte sparen können. Es war ein reinstes Chaos im Restaurantbereich. Das Restaurant glich einer Kantine. Das Buffet war sehr unorganisiert und man musste sich von verschiedenen Bereichen alles zusammen suchen. Salat oder Brot gab es an verschiedenen Ecken. Es gab Tische zwischen den Buffets wobei sich die Gäste sicherlich immer gestört fühlten, wenn links und rechts jemand vorbei gehen muss um sich etwas zu Essen zu holen. Zum Abend wurden die Tische nicht einmal eingedeckt. Die Atmosphäre wirkte insgesamt sehr kühl, laut und chaotisch. Wir mussten beim Check In Essenszeiten angeben, wobei das im Nachhinein keinen Sinn machte. Es wurde nicht kontrolliert wann man zum Essen erschien. Einen Platz beim Frühstück oder Abendessen zu bekommen stellte sich auch äußerst schwierig dar. Der Koch beim Fleisch/Fisch zubereiten wirkte immer sehr überfordert und es gab lange Wartezeiten. Insgesamt hat das Essen leider auch nicht wirklich geschmeckt. An den letzten 2 Abenden haben wir auswärts gegessen. Es gibt einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist super! Daher reicht es dieses Hotel lediglich nur mit Frühstück zu buchen. Vorschlag (da ich selbst aus der Gastronomie komme): Den Restaurantbereich einmal komplett umgestalten, die Tische ordentlich eindecken zumindest zum Mittag- oder Abendessen, bequemere Stühle, Schallschutztrennwände und im allgemeinen das Buffet strukturierter gestalten. Die Cocktails an der Lobby Bar (es gab keine richtige Bar) wurden leider nicht selbst gemacht. So einen süßen Pina Colada habe ich noch nie getrunken, wie aus einer Fertigpackung. Sehr schade..

„Von der Lage her sehr gut. Für einen Badeurlaub ist die Gegend hervorragend.
Sehr sauber … freundliches Personal.. die Zimmer waren immer sehr sauber gemacht.
Mit dem Essen haben sie schon etwas Mühe.. es gibt ja immer Buffet .. das kommt bei den Gäste mehr oder weniger gut an. Die Platzverhältnisse im Speisesaal lassen zu wünschen übrig.. langes warten auf einen Tisch war schon ab und zu ein Problem. Vor allem wenn man 4 Personen ist.
