The staff are amazing, under a lot of pressure at busy times and still remain professional. The poo area was lovely. Location is perfect

There are a few steep ramps to be mindful of. I slipped and grazed my leg very badly

Nice stay but it’s a hotel too much kids driven. A bit noisy and messy because the amount of people.

The location is amazing. The buffet is really good, sometimes a bit repetitive and a bit messy. But the offer is really good.

The buffet is a bit messy, not super clean because of the amount of people eating at the same time. The staff is not enough to keep the space clean and organised. The buffet is really noisy as well in the pool where there are too much activities all day long and not too much space to rest. If you are travelling with your couple or family without kids… this is not the place to go. This is a hotel focused in kids.

A lovely area to visit and the hotel met our expectations

hotel is in a good location close to the beach and centre, the room was very clean and the beds and pillows comfy. It was good value for money

The room was very spacious and the bed very large and comfortable. The staff was incredible, I mean mostly the animation staff: we were not really participating but the energy they put into it was remarkable.

For the buffet I would say quality vs quantity. It was way too much variety of food but not always the best quality. The swimming pool was very busy all day long, with activités and full of kids. We had to rush in the morning to get in umbrella as too many people in general. No dedicated parking and quite hard to find a spot even though a big parking space is located close to the hotel. I wish there was some water kettle in the room. Also a quite big water leak close to the bathtub. We requested since day one to repair a flicking light in the bathroom but no one very came. There is a nice table in the room but as most of the people get full included package there is no facilities allowing you to have a meal in the room or store properly any food (fridge very small)

Very good location, close to bus stop, shops, beach area. In the lobby available water with citrus and ice, nice Spanish staff, delicious food, clean pool, nice sunbeds.

It looks like to be a brand new hotel or recently refurbished, I cannot say….whatever , facilities were nice, and spotless clean. Unless many other hotels in the neighborhood the dining saloon is made up of different areas making the noise tolerable. Food was nothing special but good. Excellent the choice to offer half board’s free beverage

Location would not accounts for his best score. Hotel is nice but cramped among many others buildings.

The stay was good with some unexpected things.

Hotel is near the beach, spacious room for family and close public parking.

The smell in the morning from outside was very unpleasant and waiting in the queue for the food was not acceptable (this is annoying when you wait with children).

Ok but expensive for the quality of the food.

Very good close to beach, shops and the main facilities in the area.

The car parking was difficult, also because of road works accessing the hotel was difficult. The hotel restaurant was a big disappointment, resembling a college canteen. The vast majority of the staff in the food section were most helpful and courteous with only one making you feel like you shouldn’t be waiting for the items that were being prepared, perhaps they were overworked and required a lighter role in the department.

Nice rooms, great location for beach and town

Great location for the beach and morro Jable town. Rooms were nice, spacious and the bed really comfortable. Pool area really nice.

We were staying 3 nights AI food wasnt the best, had we been there for longer we’d have eaten out.

Overall, the rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean. Our room was in the best location as itv was just by the pool. The food was lovely too and a lot of variety.

There isn’t much I would say as our stay was really chilled. The only thing I would probably say is that the - all in inclusive should include everything as we weren’t aware of the other all inclusive option.

I appreciate the location and friendliness of the staff was on highest level. Also hotel was clean and modern.

I did not like the food at the restaurant. There was a plenty to choose from but not really tasty, the best part was the breakfast then lunch and dinner was a weak point. Also sometimes during rush hour it was hard to get a table.

Wonderful

The breakfast was fantastic.

Complicated route to room.up one floor in lift,then across open space and then a further lift. Room was fantastic plenty of space. Only gripe no facilities to make hot drinks in room.

It was a nice stay overall. Had the food been nice it would have been a solid 8,5/10. :)

Very nice Hotel with nice simple but nice interior. The staff was very friendly.

The way to the rooms are a little annoying since you have to climb stairs. There’s a lift but it doesn’t take you to your floor directly. Also the food was very unseasoned unfortunately.
